How it works

Register your organisationMinistries, agencies, boards, companies and training bodies apply. BE360X checks the application and the authorisation letter.
Build your question bankAdd multiple-choice, true or false, fill-in-the-blank and numeric questions with their correct answers, or import them from Excel.
Set the testChoose the duration, the pass mark and how many questions to draw from each bank. Each candidate gets the questions in a different order.
Invite candidatesUpload your candidate list. Each person gets a personal access code.
See results immediatelyAnswers are checked against your key on submit. Wrong or blank answers score zero. Export the results when the sitting ends.

Built for fair, reliable sittings

Timers run on the server, so changing a device clock does nothing.
Answers save every few seconds; a dropped connection resumes where it stopped.
One active session per candidate, with tab-switching recorded for invigilators.
Each organisation's questions and results are private to that organisation.
Every change to a question or result is kept in an audit trail.

A browser test cannot stop all cheating. For high-stakes sittings, use a supervised centre.
